ASSOCIATE FOR ARBITRATION, LITIGATION

IDVN Lawyers advise and represent clients including the Government of Viet Nam, state-owned enterprises, domestic and foreign private enterprises in all stages of dispute resolution, including violation handling and pre-litigation negotiation, litigation at court, and domestic arbitration, international arbitration, and enforcement of the arbitral award.

We are looking for suitable candidates with major interests in Dispute resolutions, Litigation and Arbitration to develop our team and expand our operation.

JOB POSITION:

Associate for Arbitration, Litigation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Advise legal matters related to investment, arbitration, court litigation, projects and business development of the clients;
Draft and review legal documents as requested by the clients, including but not limited to, submission in dispute settlement proceedings, exchanges to settle the dispute and corporate domestic documents;
Perform other assignments delegated by Partners, Counsels and Senior Associates of the firm.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A university degree major in Law;
Candidates having obtained practicing license and joined a bar association are preferable;
At least 03 years of work experience in dispute resolution expertise in an advantage or civil proceedings, business, trade and criminal proceedings on economic;
Highly appreciate candidates who have experience in resolving international commercial disputes or areas of expertise include ISDS, commercial arbitration, litigation and mediation (arbitration candidates);
Highly appreciate candidates/students who have have participated in FDI moot court, CISG moot court or any moot court competition (arbitration candidates);
Strong drafting, research and time-management skills
Strong verbal and writing skills in Vietnamese and English (English not applicable to Litigation candidates);
Capable of working and thinking independently; cautious; hard-working; have strong discipline and great responsibility; capable of teamwork and workflow management.
