From July 1, 2024, the 2023 Consumer Rights Protection Law officially takes effect with several notable new points as follows:
- Amending and supplementing the responsibilities of business entities and individuals towards consumers;
- Supplementing regulations on specific transactions; and
- Supplementing regulations on standard form contracts.
