On March 03, 2023, Ministry of Construction issued Circular 02/2023/TT-BXD guiding certain contents of construction contracts.
Circular 02/2023/TT-BXD includes 9 Articles and 4 Annexes attached, including 03 model construction contracts in Annexes II, III and IV. The contents of the Circular provides instructions on payment, advance payment dossier and adjustments to workloads, adjustments to progress, adjustments to unit prices and prices of construction contracts. Three models of annexes enclosed herewith the Circular include the models of construction consultancy contracts, construction contracts and EPC contracts.
