Circular No. 03/2023 of the Ministry of Construction amended and supplemented some provisions on the development and management of social housing

The new regulation of Circular No. 03/2023/TT-BXD dated April 28, 2023, of the Ministry of Construction, which came into force from June 15, 2023, amended and supplemented  Article 3 of Circular No. 09/2021/TT-BXD guiding the implementation of some provisions of Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP on development and management of social housing; and Decree No. 49/2021/ND-CP of the Government amending and some articles of Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP on the development and management of social housing.
