On 01 July 2024, the Electronic Transactions Law 2023 officially took legal effect with several notable new points as follow:
- Expanding the scope of regulation and the subjects of application;
- Supplementing regulations on the conversion between paper documents and data messages;
- Supplementing several provisions on electronic signatures and electronic transactions; and
- Supplementing several provisions on trusted services.
