On November 15, 2023, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated an expiry review investigation concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain cold-rolled steel originating in or exported from China, South Korea and Vietnam to determine whether the expiry of the finding is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and/or subsidizing of the subject goods.
