On January 14, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 143/QD-BCT on the application of official anti-dumping measures on prestressed steel wire rope products originating from Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand and the People’s Republic of China (case code AD17).
Based on the provisions of Article 51 of Decree 86/2025/ND-CP, Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (Investigation Agency) announces the receipt of the review dossier at the request of the relevant parties on the application of anti-dumping tax on prestressed steel wire rope products originating from Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand and the People’s Republic of China.
Accordingly, the relevant parties as prescribed in Article 56 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP have the right to submit a request for review. The request for review must include all the information and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 57 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP.
The deadline for receiving the application is December 14, 2025.
