The Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam is currently receiving applications for exemption from the application of anti-dumping measures on hot-rolled steel products covered under Decision No. 1959/QĐ-BCT dated 04 July 2025, regarding the imposition of official anti-dumping duties on certain hot-rolled steel products originating from the People’s Republic of China.
Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam respectfully requests domestic manufacturers to collect and provide the following information:
(i) Production capacity and supply capability for the products proposed for exemption in 2025 and 2026, as well as the actual production volume of such products in 2025 (if any).
(ii) If the products have already been produced and supplied, please provide the sales report for the first 10 months of 2025, along with sales contracts and invoices for each product proposed for exemption.
Deadline to be noted: Companies must submit their responses to the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam before 12 November 2025.
